Tooting Our Own Horn September 19, 2014

We are nearing the 5 year mark of when Keyhubs transitioned from being “just a hobby” to a real business. It was around this time that we started to think a lot about what our mission was going to be.

What are we selling exactly? Why do we exist and what are we striving to do?

We came up with the following:

“Keyhubs provides unparalleled insight into the latent power within organizations.”

How we do that was going to change and evolve, but we figured if we do just that and do it well, we would be in business for a long time.

Last April I gave a few talks at various conferences around town. We asked some of our customers to join us and discuss their Keyhubs experience. We had it filmed and I am very pleased to share the first installment in a series of customer stories.

Here, Anne Sample, Chief Human Resources Officer at Thrivent Financial, very eloquently and concisely (in less than 8 minutes) outlines how our work made a difference in their organization.

I cannot tell you how much joy this brings to my heart.

Thank you, Anne. Thank you, Thrivent Financial. Thank you, hrconnection for creating a space for this to be shared.

Mission accomplished?

In a way, yes. However, we have more work to do. We have to keep moving and improving.

We want to be “relentless in our pursuit of continuous innovation”.

These results are promising and even though we have been around for 5 whole years, I think we are just getting started. We have an opportunity to expand our services and reach a broader audience – to heighten our impact.

In short, we have new hobbies we want to bring to life.

Stay tuned. There is more to come.
