      Hi James,

      Thanks for sharing — that is very interesting research. It wasn’t clear from the article whether the 3 models used yielded the same tipping threshold. I would think there would be variation depending on network topology (i.e. hubs vs. not, etc.), in which case our work could inform / predict tipping points in different organizational networks.
